John Millar Watt, (was known as Millar to friends and to his family) was a cartoonist, painter and illustrator who famously created the pioneering cartoon strip ‘POP’ for the Daily Sketch. POP appeared in this national newspaper for a quarter of a century and was syndicated in many newspapers around the world.
